TVS Diode Arrays have advantages over traditional discrete diode approaches to ESD protection. Advantages are that TVS Diode Arrays can save you board space if you are protecting multiple channels from ESD events. Also, capacitor load is lower with TVS Arrays and they are suitable for higher speed applications. Tradeoffs are that TVS Diode Arrays will be slightly higher in cost than the traditional single diode approach and board layout footprint is specific to the TVS Array package you select to design in.  The Inter-Technical, LLC. product line boasts some of the best clamping voltage performances in the industry, allowing systems to pass higher ESD levels with Class-A criteria.
